3. AI-Generated Content

You own the input you provide and the output generated by Flervo (titles, scripts, etc.). However:

You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking all AI-generated content before publication.
We are not liable for inaccuracies or any community guidelines violations on YouTube resulting from Flervo output.

4. Limitation of Liability

Flervo is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of YouTube analytics data provided, as these are fetched directly from the YouTube API and processed for display.
